Jasetha James

Jasetha holds a Masters degree in Social Work and has worked in the NGO and corporate sectors for 9 years. In 2006, she left the corporate world to follow her passion of holistic healing. She trained and was certified in massage therapies from Thailand, UK and set up her own clinic in Bangalore. She continued to upgrade her skills with further workshops and shared her knowledge and experience with spa therapists as a trainer. Jasetha completed the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy diploma with Body Intelligence Training in Mysore and has qualified at the Postgraduate level. She prefers working with BCST as it is gentle, helps people to trust the wisdom of their own body and its health. She works well with both adults and children in her clinic. Jasetha is part of the Body Intelligence tutor team. Her interests include yoga, chi kung, travelling, reading, theatre and dance.

Nirali Raphael

Nirali is a practicing Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist in Mumbai, India. She qualified as a Physiotherapist in London, UK. Her interest in Craniosacral Therapy started during her physiotherapy training and she completed two seminars in Mechanical CST in UK and USA. She completed her Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training in Mysore, India. She has also studied Yoga and practices Vipassana meditation. She is currently studying Chi Kung. She is a part of the Tutor team for Body Intelligence Training in Asia. Nirali is passionate about Craniosacral Therapy and loves working with students and sharing her experience. She works with patients of all ages and needs at her clinic in Mumbai. She is also associated with a paediatric clinic for children with special needs. She enjoys travelling & exploring new places and loves adventurous activities.

Spandan Reddy

Spandan is a Dentist by profession and came across Craniosacral Therapy in 2007 when it helped her overcome a major back injury. She went on to learn Biomechanical Craniosacral work in 2007 from the Stanley Rosenberg Institute, Denmark and The Upledger Institute, Florida. She came across Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and graduated from Body Intelligence training, Mumbai in 2013. She is pursuing her higher studies and research work in this field and has attended advanced trainings with Body Intelligence in New Zealand and Australia. She has also been assisting the foundation trainings in Chennai and Delhi since. She completed Osteopathy from Sri Sri University, Odisha and is a visiting faculty for the Department of Osteopathy. Spandan specializes in working in the Orofacial region and has been collaborating with dental clinics for integrated dental treatments with her peers. She was instrumental in setting up the Department of Craniosacral Therapy in the Sri Sri Ayurveda Hospital, Bangalore. She recently completed her certification as an international yoga trainer with Yoga Alliance. She is also a faculty with the Art of Living Foundation. She is very passionate about her work and travels extensively across India creating awareness about this work, giving people an experience of BCST and addressing medical students and professionals alike about the relevance and necessity of Alternative Medicine. She lives with her husband in Bangalore and runs a busy practice there. She loves meditating, cooking, travelling, reading, meeting new people and watching cartoons amongst many other things.

Poornima Ramaprasad

Poornima is a physiotherapist graduated from RV Institute, Bangalore in 2015 and took Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training in Bangalore graduating in 2017. She has been assisting trainings in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. Pursuing advanced training of Craniosacral Therapy in Body Intelligence.
She practises and teaches meditation. Also at the faculty of the Art of Living. She is a firm believer in alternative medicine, and practices Marma Chikitsa and Meru Chikitsa (spinal network analysis). She is passionate about taking this work everywhere. She lives in Bangalore with a busy practice, loves dancing, meditating and traveling.

Pooja Sriram

Pooja Sriram graduated from the Body Intelligence Professional Training in 2019 and has since been assisting Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy trainings,  India. She brings a grounded, compassionate presence to both her clinical practice and her role in supporting student’s learning journeys. With a special interest in working with pregnant women, babies, and families, Pooja’s understanding of the perinatal field has been enriched through her experience at a natural birthing centre,in Bangalore . She is deeply inspired by the body’s innate capacity for health, healing, and self-regulation.

Pooja is the founder of Idham, a Bangalore-based practice offering Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Rakkenho (a Japanese therapeutic bodywork modality). Her work is dedicated to fostering greater embodiment, resilience, and connection through gentle and holistic approaches to wellbeing.

Outside of her work, Pooja finds nourishment through travel, dance, meditation, and painting. These activities help her stay connected to herself and bring greater presence to both her personal and professional life.

Nupam Baswani

Nupam has graduated in marketing and sales management and worked successfully in the corporate sector for more than seven years. In 2008, she left the corporate world to follow her inner instinct to discover ‘what she really desires to do in her life’. Her inner calling and passion for learning, led her to the world of self-exploration through yoga and spiritual traditions, cognitive-behaviour based programmes and then to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.

For Nupam, BCST has brought a whole new level of awareness to know thyself through the healing process and has given her a holistic perception of health and wellness combining both science and spirituality. She completed her training in 2017 and thereafter, has been assisting with Body Intelligence to continue and expand her knowledge & skills. She practices in Delhi NCR and loves working with clients to re-build their relationship with their body and how to support their Health through self-regulation.

Nupam is a certified ‘Heal your life’ workshop leader, which specializes in the use of thought-feeling processes for managing emotional wellbeing. She is also a certified yoga therapist and has studied yoga for more than ten years from traditional schools of different lineages in India and still continues.

She likes dancing, being with nature, loves her little nephew and explores with healing food and cuisines.

Nikita Vasa

Nikita Vasa is a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Meru Chikitsa practitioner from Chennai. She runs ‘Om Sante’ a healing space that helps alleviate Chronic Pain and Trauma by offering modalities based on the principles of Health, Safety and Embodiment.

A meditation, breath-work practitioner, and volunteer associated with The Art of Living foundation, she is fascinated by the power and effect of conscious embodiment and neutral listening through health and vitality. She finds joy in supporting people with a body based approach to overcome trauma without having to relive it and helping them find freedom and safety in their being. She has done her Post-Graduation in BCST & Non Doing, and BCST and Trauma. She loves experimenting with different kinds of movement practices like Chi Kung, Feldenkrais, The Roger Frampton Method, Fascial Maneuvers and Pilates Reformer.

She has been a Teaching assistant with Body Intelligence from 2021, deepening her understanding of the work and refining her skills. Her approach to learning is comprehensive and she is available for students. Pre-BCST, she has done her Masters in Public Relations at the University of Westminster and headed variousSocial Media projects for the Art of Living International Center.
